Administration Instructions
- Create an electronic spreadsheet from your school database or other student lists with information for the five columns listed below. If you are a teacher and cannot run this report, contact your school office for assistance.
- Student Last Name
- Student First Name
- Grade
- Teacher Last Name
- School Name
- Email the electronic spreadsheets to schools@projectsnap.org.
- Send a letter from the Principal and a Parent Consent Form home for all grades and classes participating in the program. Click here to download a Sample Letter from the Principal and Parent Consent Form.
- Distribute the printed version of the spreadsheet of students to every participating teacher or to one lead teacher for use as a checklist as students turn in their pictures and Parent Consent Forms. Ask teachers to submit the spreadsheet checklist with the pictures and Parent Consent Forms.
