Color a World Without Type One Illinois
Thousands of children and families from across Chicagoland raising
awareness about the importance of turning "type one into type none"!
This year, JDRF Illinois, Ford Motor Company Fund, and Project S.N.A.P. are partnering together to create another giant mosaic mural out of the drawings of JDRF Illinois children and families, members of the JDRF Illinois community, and students from across the Chicagoland area. The final 4’x6′ mosaic mural will be donated to JDRF Illinois.
People living with type 1 diabetes, brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, neighbors and friends are invited to participate in the creation of this giant mosaic by creating artwork that will make up the “big picture”.
If you create artwork for the mosaic you will be able to visit the Project S.N.A.P. Online Art Museum in December to see your picture with the exact row and column location.
