(S.N.A.P. respects the privacy of all of its artist students and their parents. Email addresses will only be used to notify S.N.A.P. Mural Project student participants and/or their parent/guardian with information directly related to S.N.A.P. Mural Projects such as location of student art in a mural or murals.)
The Student and Parent or Guardian certifies that the artwork submitted is original and not a copy or reproduction. The S.N.A.P organization reserves the right to select and use the student’s submission in any mural created for the S.N.A.P Mosaic Mural Project. In addition, S.N.A.P has the right to change an image size or crop it, in order to make it suitable for use in the S.N.A.P Mural Project. The student grants to S.N.A.P the right to use the student’s submission, without limitation, for any purposes (including commercial applications) that would benefit the S.N.A.P. Mural Project or the Project S.N.A.P. non-profit organization.
