Send Us Your Picture

Checklist:

Did you complete your drawing?

Did your parents sign a Parent Consent Form?

If you said yes to BOTH of these questions, you're ready to send us your picture!

IF YOU'D LIKE TO SCAN AND SEND, HERE'S HOW:

(Ask your parents if you need help.)

Scan your drawing. The final size of the scanned image should be no smaller than 200KB and
no larger than 1.0MB.

Save your drawing as a JPEG and name it using your first and last name.

Create an email with the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Teacher Last Name
• Grade
• School Namme

Attach your scanned picture to this email and send it to pictures@projecsnap.org.

IF YOU'D LIKE TO MAIL YOUR PICTURE, HERE'S HOW:

1. Get an envelope that is big enough (9"x12") so you can send your picture without folding it.
2. Check to be sure you have written your First and Last Name, Teacher Last Name, School Name and Grade on the back of your drawing. DO NOT write your name on the front of the picture.
3. Put your drawing inside the envelope along with a piece of cardboard to keep your artwork flat.
4. If you printed a Parent Consent Form make sure you put it in your envelope.
5. Put the right amount of stamps on the envelope and seal it.
6. Address the envelope to:

7. Mark on the front of the envelope: DO NOT BEND. Also, be sure and write your return
   address on the envelope
