Teacher Instructions
- Present the project to your students and follow the Student Artwork Guidelines.
- When artwork is completed, collect the artwork and the Parent Consent Forms.
- Clearly write the following information (or have your students write it) on the BACK of each artwork in the lower left hand corner:
- Student's First and Last Names
- Teacher's Last Name
- Grade
- School
- Verify that a signed Parent Consent Form has been put together with every picture. Make a note on the spreadsheet of student names if the Parent Consent Form will be submitted online. DO NOT staple, glue or tape the form to the picture. Paper clips are optional. Every picture must have a signed Parent Consent Form submitted before it can used by Project S.N.A.P.
- Ship the original artworks, the checklist of students and the Parent
Consent Forms to Project S.N.A.P. Send original art
in a sturdy flat envelope (marked "Do
Not Bend") or in a box and mail the envelope or box to the address
below:

Every student who participates will be featured in the Project S.N.A.P.
Web Gallery. In addition, every student's picture will
be considered to be part of the state murals to be displayed
in museums, science centers, and public venues across the

There is no deadline for submissions to the Project S.N.A.P. Mosaic Mural Program. Deadlines for submissions to be considered for specific Project S.N.A.P. State Mosaic Murals will vary.
